I chose Innpacked when I spoke with them, I called and had a good conversation with Steve, and everyone at Innpacked was very helpful.

I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands, I knew that they were able to do the job I needed to be done, I found the team very likeable overall.

When I did my APLH training with Innpacked I attended a public course before lockdown and found the trainer to be really good and helpful with a thorough knowledge of the subject.

I did not know I needed a premises licence as I thought that the premises had one then it later transpired the premises licence had expired.

I made the process harder for myself than it needed to be, but Innpacked couldn’t have done more for me and everything was great.

I thought the process would be much more difficult – I thought I would have had to be more involved, but Innpacked just did it all! If I had tried to do the premises licence myself there would have been issues that would have made it so much more difficult but Innpacked took care of it all.

I had a recommendation from a previous client of Innpacked’s for a premises licence and having looked at their website I gave them a call. I spoke to Steve initially and he was very informative and was able to walk me through the whole process.

I don’t have the information to do the forms and it was much easier to use Innpacked’s knowledge and to not be stressed with the process or complicated knowledge needed for licensing.

I did a lot of research and spoke to Steve, and it was basically everything I needed so I didn’t feel that I needed to look any further. I needed a personal and premises licence but obviously it’s one of those things where when you need one you don’t know anything about it or how to go about doing it. So Steve understood that I was pretty clueless with it all and himself and Ian were very, very good and it was a breeze for me really.

I was very well informed. Ian was perfect to work with and it was a breeze for me! I didn’t really have to do anything, he told me what to do and I just did it and that was it.

It was better than I expected it to be, I expected to have to liaise through parts of the process, but I didn’t have to the team at Innpacked just took care of everything with authorities etc.

If you needed a premises licence I would recommend Innpacked 100% it is a pleasure to work with the team and they make it as easy as possible. With the council and the exams and paperwork it does get complicated it is just so much easier to use Innpacked, it is very much worth the money and I would not have attempted it myself.

Personal licence and Premises licence

Innpacked literally could not have given a better service I did minimal work, and they gave maximum effort to chase me.

Steve was the reason that we used the company. I called in originally to enquire and he gave me that much information and that much reassurance that we would not have looked anywhere else.

There was no stress at all, Innpacked did everything and more to give us the best service. I wasn’t in a rush for anything and Innpacked made sure that we gave them all the information they needed as we were so busy with our business. Innpacked helped us a lot!

If someone needed a premises licence I would send them straight to Innpacked no questions asked.

They dealt with the council – the consultant was very professional and was worth every single penny. I think Innpacked is worth the money because all we did was give basic information and they dealt with everything else.

I can imagine it would be a complete nightmare if we had to deal with an authority or representation because we hadn’t filled something in properly. If someone didn’t want to give us a premises licence I couldn’t imagine trying to deal with that because you only get one chance with an application. Worth every penny.

Really happy with the service

The service I received from Innpacked was exceptional. They went above and beyond, were there for me to talk through any issues and in general just gave a great service.

They did my personal licence and premises licence, sometimes it wasn’t easy with lockdown coming into force, but Innpacked kept me confident and my spirits up.

I found Innpacked online and straight away the website gave me confidence and looked great. The initial call with Steve gave me the impression that this was a professional company and a good one to deal with. Once I had decided to go ahead with getting a licence there was no other choice.

Steve gave me all of the information, he talked me through the whole process, outlined all of the costs and the service was exactly what was explained to me. What I liked about it was that there were no hidden costs or agendas.

I went on a bit of a journey with Ian over lockdown, my plans kept chopping and changing but there was never a conversation where this was a bad thing. Ian generally supported me with each change I made with great advice and patience. Innpacked exceeded my expectations massively and then some.

I would absolutely recommend Innpacked, if you need a premises licence, 100% use Innpacked! From start to finish they guided me through the process, I am a total novice, and it was explained in a manner I could understand. No mumbo jumbo it was not baffling at all, I understood every part of the process.

The hearing service was great! I was a bit apprehensive about doing the hearing myself as it is not in my comfort zone but we decided that it was the best way to approach it. Once I had been prepped by Ian, again I think he went above and beyond in the extra work he did helping me prepare for the hearing, it made me confident, and he kept telling me that I could do it which was a massive help.

Well worth the money – when I was first told the fees it was a little bit of a gulp moment but well and truly worth the money, I would not have got my licence without Ian and Innpacked.

I booked with Innpacked because it was easy to find them online and we went from there, I didn’t feel the need to look around at all.

Why Innpacked? I was looking for personal licence and took the exam everything went smoothly so I used them for my premises licence as well.
