Prior to applying for your Personal Licence to authorise the sale of alcohol, you must have successfully passed the APLH qualification.
Completing the APLH Personal Licence course means you can evidence all the necessary knowledge required supervise the sale of alcohol.
Although not every staff member where you work will need a Personal Licence in order to sell alcohol, at least one member of staff will.
After you have successfully completed your BIIAB Level 2 APLH Personal Licence course qualification at Romford, you will require a Criminal Record check. Only once you have passed this will you be able to obtain your Personal Licence certificate.
Importantly, you can take your Personal Licence with you to whatever licensed premises you choose to work at, making it a strong addition to your CV if applying for other hospitality roles.
