Charles had been part of Innpacked for over 20 years and, in that time, helped thousands of people across the country achieve their personal licences and navigate the complexities of alcohol licensing. Many of you reading this will have been trained or advised by him over the years, and will remember his depth of knowledge, clear guidance and supportive approach.
Charle’s work made a real difference to the hospitality industry. He was dedicated to ensuring that businesses and individuals had the confidence and understanding they needed to meet their licensing responsibilities, always delivered with patience, good humour and genuine care.
For us at Innpacked, Charles was not just a respected trainer and consultant, but also a much-loved member of our team for over two decades. He will be missed enormously by colleagues, clients and the wider licensing community.
Our thoughts are with Charle’s family and friends at this difficult time. We are grateful for his years of service, expertise and kindness, and for the lasting legacy he leaves behind in the many people he supported throughout his career.
