Dani helped me through all the procedures on taking my course and reassured me as I was extremely nervous! The contact was always there either through emails or the telephone. The procedure of getting a course, dealing with my paperwork etc was dealt with professionally. The days course was amazing.

We all had a great day with Frank who explained everything in fine detail and had convinced us all we would pass with flying colours. I would recommend this company 100%

I found Innpacked to be Perfect!

I did a lot of research and spoke to Steve, and it was basically everything I needed so I didn’t feel that I needed to look any further. I needed a personal and premises licence but obviously it’s one of those things where when you need one you don’t know anything about it or how to go about doing it. So Steve understood that I was pretty clueless with it all and himself and Ian were very, very good and it was a breeze for me really.

I was very well informed. Ian was perfect to work with and it was a breeze for me! I didn’t really have to do anything, he told me what to do and I just did it and that was it.

It was better than I expected it to be, I expected to have to liaise through parts of the process, but I didn’t have to the team at Innpacked just took care of everything with authorities etc.

If you needed a premises licence I would recommend Innpacked 100% it is a pleasure to work with the team and they make it as easy as possible. With the council and the exams and paperwork it does get complicated it is just so much easier to use Innpacked, it is very much worth the money and I would not have attempted it myself.

I saw an ad on Google and saw that you were local to me and that is why I chose you.

I spoke to Steve and he was super helpful when I phoned to see what you could do. In my head, I was going to do my application myself but after speaking to Steve and running through what I wanted to do it seemed logical to keep it all in one place (personal and premises licence application). It became clear that a licensing application was a lot more in-depth than I gave it credit for.

I liked the sound of Steve and Ian, Ian is funny. I just thought I could deal with these people and Steve was helpful and kept coming back to me. I thought these guys know what they are doing and are very professional.

The nice thing for me was that I trusted you and had faith in what you were telling me. You told me that you thought you could do my application and what I was wanting to do wasn’t too outrageous.

Ian gave me options of how the application could be written and provided a backup as well to enable me to carry out my business as I wanted to. You had me covered! Steve even posted me out the blue paper for me notice which was above and beyond for me.

When the premises licence turned up, I thought amazing, it was just all done and was so easy.

You even went above and beyond when I did my personal licence, I had an issue with the awarding body and Steve sorted it out for me.

Why Innpacked? I was looking for personal licence and took the exam everything went smoothly so I used them for my premises licence as well.

I think the service was pretty smart, I liked it a lot and I thought it would be harder than it actually was.

I used Innpacked for my personal licence and course about 2 years ago and I came back them for my premises licence as the service was really good and I thought that I should use the company again.

If you are wanting to get a premises licence and you want to do it properly it is worth paying a bit more than doing it yourself and you know that Innpacked will cross and dot anything that needs to be and they will do all the work to get you what you need.
