Yes Innpacked can take care of the whole process for you.

You will need a BIIAB certificate, a basic criminal disclosure, and a completed personal licence application form.

No you must apply to your local licensing authority for a personal licence.

A licence granted to an individual person that enables that person to authorise the sale of alcohol from any premises that holds a Premises Licence.

At present, we have a pass rate in excess of 99%.

In the very unlikely event of you failing, then a re-sit of the course or exam only can be booked at a fraction of the price.

There is a 40 question exam, all multiple choice. To pass, you must answer 28 out of 40 questions correctly.

You will receive your course joining instructions along with your pre-study course materials on the same day as your booking if within working hours, if this is not the case it will be sent on the following working day.

No, all you need is a willingness to learn .

The cost of the course and the exam is £149 plus VAT.

The course normally starts at 10am and is finished by 4pm .

You can sit the examination before you are 18, but to hold a Personal Licence you must be at least 18 years of age.
