The BIIAB SCLSO meets these requirements as it is accredited by SQA (Regulatory) and covers licensing law as defined in the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, issues surrounding social responsibility within the licensed retail industry, conflict management and mediation techniques and best practice from the perspective of the Licensing Standards Officer (LSO).
