Our most popular course is the BIIAB Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) which is the qualification required to attain a personal licence.

As a national training provider we can offer you a choice of ways to learn and achieve your qualification.

One Day APLH (NCPLH) Public Course

Public courses are available throughout the UK and can either be booked on-line using the course finder on the top right of this page or you can contact our booking team on 08000 786 056 to discuss your requirements.

Courses normally run from 10.00am - 4.00pm including examination. Course fees include BIIAB APLH (NCPLH) exam fees and certificate, pre-course study pack and support, lunch and refreshments, a trainer who has trade experience and six months provisional membership to the BII.

APLH (NCPLH) Home Learning with the Innpacked Home-Study Learning Pack

The BIIAB NCPLH can be studied at home at your own pace using the Innpacked Home Study E-pack with telephone and email support. When you feel you are ready to sit the exam you can either book a place on a public examination. or we can come to your business venue to conduct your own private examination. (subject to conditions)

APLH (NCPLH) Blended Home Learning with the Innpacked Home-Study Learning Pack

As with the standard Home Learning option, the BIIAB NCPLH can be studied at home at your own pace using the Innpacked Home Study E-pack with telephone and email support . Once you feel confident you can either attend a public NCPLH course for an hour before the scheduled exam to discuss any questions you may have, with the tutor before the exam or we can come to your business venue to conduct your own private examination. (subject to conditions)

APLH (NCPLH) at Your Venue

Hold your own BIIAB NCPLH at your venue. Let us send a trainer to you. The length of the course is up to you. We can send a trainer to conduct a full days APLH (NCPLH) course and exam or you can make use of our Innpacked Home Study E-pack and our trainer can attend to ensure any issues are identified and covered before you sit your examination.(subject to conditions)
